Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with experience in logistics, transportation coordination, and general office support.

Responsibilities

  • Support logistics operations: work with 3rd-party trucking carriers, in-house drivers, create itineraries, BOLs, and expense reports.
  • Coordinate shipments (FedEx, UPS, Forward Air, SW Cargo, etc.) and track GPS devices.
  • Assist with travel bookings for employees and freelance technicians.
  • Verify timesheets against technician invoices and save required documentation.
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage incoming mail.
  • General admin duties: supply/breakroom ordering, vending machine restock, organizing credit card receipts, creating purchase orders, and reconciling credit cards/PO system.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics/trucking administration required.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel & Word) and Adobe proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Professional communication and customer-service mindset.
